At Verilux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
